Her childhood

Dina Bélanger was born in Quebec City on April 30, 1897. As an only child, her parents, of wealthy means, lavished much attention on her, but avoided spoiling her with the wealth of the family home.

They were very conscientious in showing her the path that must be followed to remain holy and pure.

From a young age, she was taught by her parents to stay away from any offense against God, even the most unintentional one.
